7:00-8:00am - Cooks Sign-in and setup.
9:00am - Tasters begin to sign in. Lighting of the Eggs.
11:00am - Eggin' 101. Everything you need to know to get started cooking on a Big Green Egg.
12:00pm - Class to be determined.
1:00pm - Class to be determined.
3:00pm - Shut the Eggs down to allow to cool.
3:30pm - Drawing for prizes.
5:00pm - Pick up Demo Eggs.
***Tasters should arriver early. Cooks often run out of food late in the day so if you are looking to eat plenty of food, get there before the food slows down. Some cooks will prepare their last dish for the 2:00 hour so they can begin shutting down their Eggs cleaning up their tools.
